The staff at the hostel were really friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The location of the hostel was perfect, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible.- One of the best aspects of my stay was the delicious homemade breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the common area.

The rooms were not up to par. They were dirty and not well-maintained, with stains on the sheets and hairs on the bed.

The bed was comfy as expected and the breakfast was free of cost, making it a cosy base for a city break.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The value for money is unbeatable, with great prices for basic amenities and big, comfortable beds. The location is perfect too, within walking distance of downtown and the beautiful lake. I loved the breakfast, included with tea or coffee and a few different options to choose from, plus the good coffee was a perfect way to start my day.

Good free food and comfortable room

I stayed at a hostel that provided free breakfast and dinner, which was delicious! The room was also very comfortable and the bedding felt like a high-end hotel. despite being located a bit far from the center, it provided easy access to some key locations worth exploring.

The receptionist was practically useless when it came to communicating with me since her English was so bad. there was no hot water in the private rooms, and when I asked about it at the front desk, they were completely unhelpful.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering us lunch upon arrival. They were always willing to provide helpful information and recommendations, and even organized tours and transportation for us. The communal dinners were a great opportunity to meet other travelers and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.

Although the rooms were generally clean, there were a few minor cleanliness issues such as a dirty bunk bed and ants in the room. The noise level from other guests and the staff in the morning was also quite high.

That some of the staff seemed unhappy and not very friendly. There was one guy at the reception who was rude and unpolite, and the overall service could use improvement.
